Helping organizations and communities make diversity and inclusion fundamental elements of their leadership skills
set is what we do. We work directly with individuals to recognize the strengths that come from all of the many dimensions
that make them distinct human beings. We help them recognize how those qualities can be used to make them more effective
at the work they do. And we help them recognize those qualities and capabilities in others and teach them the skills
necessary to connect and work together to create more effective teams. At the same time, we work with leadership to
develop a culture that is receptive and accepting of the entire person. With management, we develop measures that are
meaningful to the organization and accurately track the performance improvements that result from empowering people to bring
their whole selves to their work. Some call it servant leadership. Others call it spirited or enlightened leadership.
What it is, is basic leadership that respects and values differences.
