About Us
Over
the last several years we have helped numerous companies, organizations and communities gain an understanding of the Return
on Investment for Diversity and Inclusion. We’ve coached them on the “Essentials of Effective
Multicultural Marketing” and worked to help them get 100% performance from 100% of their workers. While helping businesses improve their sales and profits within minority communities, the obvious became glaringly clear.
As loyalty grew and sales increased, if those communities
had more purchasing power, the businesses would generate even greater profit. The initial reaction was
to create more credit availability. But our coaching was to create more wealth, not more debt.
The economic down turn of the past year validated
our approach and gave greater confidence to clients supporting “Economic Growth from Within” as a fundamental
strategy for building loyalty in multicultural markets.
While developing and implementing Diversity & Inclusion programs for one of the nation’s leading Civil Rights
organizations, our “Economic Development from Within” strategy was nourished with proven concepts from others
who have pioneered these kinds of efforts. Knowing that empowering underserved communities with knowledge,
resources and support is one of the most effective ways to create lasting, substantive transformation is the first step.
Infusing that thinking into community development strategies turns the vision into reality.
Today we’re working closely with organizations like Project Impact South Bend, Inc. Lead by
Pastor Hardie Blake, Jr, Project Impact South Bend, Inc. implements programs that help families scarred by poverty, crime
and violence. They offer programs that support the entire family from abstinence and personal development
for young ladies in their “Daughters of Destiny”, to their “BEET” (Best Employee Ever Trained) Job
Readiness training program. Their programs pay particular attention to helping ex-offenders transform their
lives both spiritually and economically.
Project Impact South Bend, Inc is on the track to become a fully self funded organization. Consistent
with programs that create jobs to hire those who society is quick to give up on, Project Impact South Bend has developed a
Computer Recycling, Refurbishing and sales business, an architectural design and construction business, and a Legal Advocate
service. These businesses provide jobs for people in the community and funds to support the programs needed
to transform lives.
